ABOUT US
XL‑Lemeztechnika Kft. was launched in 2011, initially with commercial activities. Between 2017 and 2018, we built our own 1000 m² production hall, which was specifically designed for efficient, low-overhead and fast-change metalworking.
We launched our sheet metal processing plant in 2019: first, we acquired a 160-ton, 3100 mm edge bending machine with modern 2D–3D control and simulation. This was followed by our first fiber laser cutter, and as a result of developments, our capacity was expanded with a new 6000 W flat and tube laser cutting machine in 2022.
From 2026, we have taken it to an even higher level with a new generation 12 kW fiber laser, which
- cuts carbon steel up to 40 mm,
- stainless steel up to 15–20 mm,
- aluminum up to 15–20 mm
with outstanding speed and accuracy.
A new 220-ton, 3100 mm bending machine has arrived, the special feature of which is that it is suitable for bending boxes up to 300 mm deep — this is a rare capacity even in Hungary.
We perform plane and tube laser cutting, bending, tube production, rolling, and CO / TIG welding entirely in-house. We accept DXF format drawings from our customers, but if required, our own engineers prepare the product designs using the Solid Edge 3D system.

- 12 kW Fiber Laser – 1500 × 3000 mm (carbon steel up to 40 mm, stainless steel/aluminum up to 15–20 mm)
- 6 kW Fiber Laser – 1500 × 3000 mm + pipe cutting option (pipe: Ø20–220 mm)
- 2 kW Fiber Laser – 1500 × 3000 mm
- 160 ton press brake – 3000 mm
- 220 ton press brake – 3000 mm
- Automatic panel bender
- Rolling machine – 2000 mm, up to 8 mm thickness
- CO and TIG welding machines
- CNC milling machine and lathe
- Automatic fastener press
- Automatic grinding and deburring machine
- Stud welder
Thanks to our continuous investments, we have now become a complex, fast-reacting and high-capacity metal manufacturing center, where we produce both small and large-scale products with short deadlines and high quality.
